A Mamaroneck, NY family with two children ages 11 and 13 is seeking a meticulous, friendly, versatile, and flexible housekeeper with great communication skills to join their family. All candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience cleaning and maintaining homes 5,000 sq. ft. and larger. The family is looking for someone who has a warm demeanor, positive energy, who is intuitive with what needs to be done, and can work independently. Candidates must be able to take initiative and take care of daily tasks without being asked. Cooking for the family 1-2 nights per week is a plus but not mandatory. There is one dog in the home.

Please note that candidates may be asked to pick up the children and take them to an afterschool activity. Candidates will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all aspects of the home, including vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, tidying, window cleaning, etc.
Laundry for the family - Sorting, washing, folding, putting clothing away.
Prepare items for dry cleaning service and put away items when they return.
Deep cleaning, as needed.
Make beds, change and iron linens as desired.
Put away groceries and other household items that are delivered.
Pantry Inventory and restocking household items, including groceries and pantry items that may be low or missing.
Packing and unpacking for travel.
Run errands, if needed.
Pet care, if needed.
