As a Motel Managing Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
• Co-ordinating, assigning and reviewing work within the workplace.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Schedule work and procedures with other work units or departments.
• Resolve work-related problems and update progress reports.
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
Education: Senior Secondary Education is required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability:
Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Client focus
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.
Salary: $ 34.65 hourly for 30-40 hours per week.
Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience is required.
