Hi Valley Motor Inn is looking for a Motel Managing Supervisor

Wage: $26.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience and skills)
Work Hours: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week
Work Duration: Full-time, Permanent (Available for evening, night and weekend shifts)
Benefit: 4% vacation pay

Your job duties will be:
• Oversee daily work activities of the motel staff
• Create a schedule for employees according to budget and business needs
• Ensures the satisfaction of guests by maintaining a welcoming, professional and expert atmosphere that exemplifies the hospitality industry.
• Resolve work-related problems between employees.
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor and order the motel supplies.
• Report all hotel guest issues or incidents
• Answer customer questions about the motel.

Requirements:
• A secondary school diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the accommodation/hospitality industry at a supervisor role
• English
