Job Summary：
As the motel manager, you will be will be responsible for overall management, property development and growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations,
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenue and expenses,
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies,
- Resolve customer complaints,
- Order and negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies,
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities,
- Recruit and train new staff and set work schedules.

Applicant with minimum of two years experience and previous experience in owning and operating a successful business is preferred.
