MOTEL MANAGER
Sicamous Super “8” Motel, located on 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0 is looking for a Motel Manager. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our guests as part of our commitment to making our guests’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This is a year-round, full–time position.
The right candidate will negotiate procurements with current and potential vendors, implement and ensure that all policies and procedures and followed, recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules, will work closely with the motel owner to develop promotional strategies, ensure that the guest’s overall experience during their stay in the motel meets their expectations in terms of cleanness and comfort, resolve guests’ complaints.
Qualifications:
A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or another related discipline is preferred; however, a minimum of 2 years of experience within the accommodation industry may substitute formal educational requirements
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays.
We are offering $33.00/hr, 40 hours/week.
