Job Duties
-Oversee daily motel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
-Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance
-Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and resolve complaints professionally
-Monitor budgets, revenues, expenses, and prepare basic financial reports
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations
-Maintain high standards of customer service and property presentation
Employment Requirements
2–3 years of supervisory experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry is required
A college diploma or university degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
