Conditions
• Position: Motel Manager (Permanent, Full-Time position)
• Wage: $37.50 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days per week
 Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Vacation: 15 days paid vacation per year or 5.77% gross salary
• Position available: 1

Requirements:
• Education: A university degree or college diploma in Hotel Management or any hospitality-related discipline is required
• Experience: 2 years or more experience in Hospitality & Tourism related Industry
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the motel
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for receptions, banquets, restaurants
• Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training, and set work schedules
• Resolve customer complaints
