• Education: Completion of secondary education is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience is required
Job Duties
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the motel and compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
• Prepare budgets and control expenses. Maintain records of income, expenses, and occupancy.
• Monitor performance and resolve staff issues
• Inspect rooms and common areas regularly
• Recruit, train, and supervise motel staff, setting work schedules, evaluating performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the motel’s reputation
