Job requirements

Language: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

On site: work must be completed at the

physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort

Tasks:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations

• Recruit and hire staff

• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies

• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

• Implement marketing activities

• Address customers' complaints or concerns

Supervision: 3-4 people

Work conditions and physical capabilities: work under pressure

Personal suitability: client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication
