Mortgage Officer Job

JinXi Financial is actively seeking a talented individual to join in Mortgage Department, whom will take the role of Mortgage Officer to collaborate with our dynamic team aimed at facilitating the mortgage process for clients while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Conduct thorough financial assessments of client’s financial profiles to discuss individual financial situations for private load, homeownership or refinance goals.
2) Open new accounts for clients, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking services.
3) Actively promote mortgage products and services to prospective clients.
4) Assist clients in completing mortgage applications by proposing solutions to address various financial objectives.
5) Guide clients through the mortgage process, explaining options and ensuring understanding.
6) Review and ensure all mortgage documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
7) Research and evaluate mortgage applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the loan
8) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and regulations.
9) Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

• Language: English
• Education: College Diploma related to finance or economics.
• Work Experience: 2 years of mortgage loan relevant in the financial industry.
• Personal Ability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending practices and regulations is preferred.
