Mortgage Marketing Analyst Job

JOB DUTIES:

1. Conduct comprehensive market research and strategy to understand mortgage industry trends and competitor positioning;

2. Analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance, to support data-driven decision-making using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Yelp advertising.

3. Collect ana analyze data on customer demographics and segment clients based on demographics, geographic location, financial status, and needs to refine targeting strategies;

4. Support lead-generation initiatives by analyzing performance metrics of referral partnerships, digital ads, and other lead-capture strategies using Salesforce

5. Help create targeted marketing content and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reach identified customer segments effectively;

6. Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries, providing
explanations of mortgage products and building positive client relationships.

7. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Primary: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or closely related field (Foreign Equiv is OK).

Alternate: Associate’s Degree in Marketing or closely related field (foreign equiv is OK) plus 2 years of experience in the occupation of marketing including digital marketing.
