Mortgage Loan Originator Job

-Conduct interviews with loan applicants
-Understand and assess applicants' financial needs and creditworthiness
-Provide recommendations on loan types, terms, and features
-Guide applicants in obtaining required documents
-Communicate effectively with underwriters for smooth loan processing

-Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in the state(s) you operate.
-Any level of experience is welcome
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
-Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
