Job Description:
Full-time W-2, commission-only mortgage sales position. Earnings depend on production and are not guaranteed.
Bolt Home Loans is hiring Mortgage Loan Officers for our full-time, on-site team in Bingham Farms, Michigan. Inbound leads, live borrower transfers, and completed mortgage applications are provided so you can focus on borrower conversations, loan structure, follow-up, and funded production.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Work from 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 175, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. Access dozens of wholesale lenders and collaborate with our intake, processing, operations, and leadership teams. Consistent producers may qualify for Team Lead opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Respond to live transfers and company-provided leads.
• Work applications delivered by our Application Intake Team.
• Understand borrowers’ purchase and refinance goals, review their information, and present appropriate available mortgage options.
• Maintain timely follow-up, accurate records, and an organized pipeline.
• Coordinate with processing and lenders to move files toward closing.
• Follow all licensing, quality, and compliance requirements.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least six months of mortgage sales or residential mortgage origination experience. One year or more of sales experience is preferred. Relevant backgrounds include mortgage loan officers, mortgage bankers, UWM account executives, and mortgage assistants or trainees with actual mortgage sales or origination duties. Bring strong phone skills, reliable follow-up, coachability, and the ability to work in person in Bingham Farms.
An active Mortgage Loan Originator license is strongly preferred. Licensing assistance is available; origination requires the appropriate license and company authorization.
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
Commission-based W-2 position. Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$440,000, based on funded production; earnings are not guaranteed. Compensation follows the applicable written plan. The current role lists health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off, subject to eligibility and plan terms.
Monday–Thursday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern.
