Mortgage Loan Officer Job

Responsibilities:
*Conduct interviews with loan applicants
Understand and assess applicants' financial needs and creditworthiness
*Provide recommendations on loan types, terms, and features
*Guide applicants in obtaining required documents
*Communicate effectively with underwriters for smooth loan processing

Requirements:
*Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in the state(s) you operate.
*Any level of experience is welcome
*Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
*Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $172,111.00 - $203,815.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
