- Store, update and retrieve financial data
- Process applications for loans and mortgages
- Provide clients with information
- Sort, verify and process financial transactions
- Maintain financial information and securities listings
- Calculate service charges and interest payments
- Notify customers regarding account discrepancies
- Provide customer service
