Montessori Lead Teacher Job

Guide 3-6 year old children in the classroom with strict adherence to Montessori principles. Plan and direct long- and short-range activities, and assume responsibility for the safety, welfare, and education of the students. Establish and maintain Montessori classroom culture, paying particular attention to the needs of students or parents new to the Montessori philosophy.

Bachelor's degree in Education or related required. 18 months of experience as Lead Teacher or related required. Experience must have included establishing, implementing, and maintaining a learning environment for ages 3-6 in a Montessori setting; working with children ages 3-6, parents, and support staff; and incorporating learning applications, including Montessori transparent classroom into teaching.
