Modem System Validation Engineer (Ref:1) Job

Conduct thorough research and analysis to define features and functions for advanced 5G and future 6G technologies. Work closely with regional teams and other disciplines, foster-ing strong communication skills to articulate priorities related to the performance of the 5G/LTE network. Collaborate with RF Engineering to drive best-in-class RF network de-sign, ensuring optimal network performance and achieving established objectives. Strive to provide the best network in the industry, measured by benchmarks such as RootMetrics and other relevant metrics. Continuously assess and improve network performance based on industry standards and benchmarks. Analyze traces, including PCAP and GNB traces, to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently. Stay abreast of the latest developments in 5G and emerging 6G technologies. Innovate and propose solutions to enhance network performance, keeping pace with industry advancements. Maintain comprehensive docu-mentation of research findings, analysis, and performance improvements. Generate regular reports to communicate network performance metrics and improvements to relevant stake-holders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of net-work performance. Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of network functionality and reliability.

Tools used: QXDM; APEX; Oscilloscope; RF power meters.

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum experience: Two (2) years of experience which must include two (2) years of experience in QXDM, APEX, Oscilloscope, RF power meters.

Travel will be required to the extent of relocating to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary: $170,248-$180,248/year
