Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities – Security Guard Supervisor at Blue Hawk Security & Group Inc.
Supervise and support field security officers across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring high standards of conduct, dress code, and customer service.
Monitor deployment schedules and adjust personnel placement in real-time based on site demands, emergencies, or shift gaps.
Act as the primary point of escalation during emergencies or incidents; coordinate with local law enforcement, fire, or medical services when required.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with Blue Hawk’s operational procedures, reporting systems, and client-specific protocols.
Prepare incident and activity reports using company-approved templates and ensure timely submission to clients and management.
Train new hires on Blue Hawk’s core values, reporting tools, patrol procedures, and client communication expectations.
Audit and verify daily activity logs, mobile patrol summaries, and visitor entries to ensure data accuracy and consistency across sites.
Assist in updating post orders and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to align with evolving client needs and industry best practices.
Maintain direct communication with clients to address service concerns, performance issues, or evolving site requirements.
Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and recommending potential hires based on operational needs.
Qualifications
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or security-related role
Certification:
Valid Security Guard License (mandatory)
A Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
Job Setting
On-site, at various client properties such as hotels, motels, resorts, parking lots, and commercial locations
Must be willing to relocate if required
