Mobile Mechanic Job

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Travel to customers’ locations for diagnostics and repairs
Perform services including brake jobs, starter/alternator replacements, battery installations, belt/hose replacements, and more
Handle pre-purchase inspections, no-start diagnostics, and general troubleshooting
Communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional, friendly manner
Use your own scan tool and tools to complete jobs efficiently and accurately

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (mobile preferred)
Strong diagnostic skills, especially with no-start and electrical issues
Must own or be willing to purchase a reliable scan tool and mechanic’s toolkit
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional appearance
Must pass a basic background check

NICE TO HAVE

ASE certifications

Experience working on European makes (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW)

Spanish-speaking is a plus
