Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (Possible Saturdays OT) * 40 hours reached prior to OT pay
Starting pay - Guaranteed Base Rate $25-$35 Hourly Based on Experience
Incentive Earnings: Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay

About the Role: What will you do?
Technical Expertise: Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
Tire Service: Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
Safety: Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Work Together: Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
Physical: Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
