Mixed Signal Design Engineer (MSD10), Sr. Mixed Signal Design Engineer (SMSD10) & Principal Mixed Signal Design Engineer (PMSD10) Job

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA has multiple opportunities at various levels (requiring Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level plus 0 to 14 years of experience, depending on position). Mixed Signal Design Engineer (MSD10), Sr. Mixed Signal Design Engineer (SMSD10) & Principal Mixed Signal Design Engineer (PMSD10). Develop and implement high-speed interfaces and analog circuits. Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic, layout, and verification to characterization. Conduct schematic design of mixed-signal circuits in deep-submicron CMOS technologies. Support lab characterization of silicon and debug issues during bring-up. Work with layout engineers and cross-functional teams to provide guidance for floorplan, matching, high-speed routing, and product implementation. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.

The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$127,234 to $189,750
$156,853 to $218,500
$187,408 to $264,500
$216,091 to $310,500
$232,000 to $368,000
