MASTER'S IN DIVINITY, THEOLOGY, OR RELATED.

Responsible of managing and supporting the full lifecycle of All Nations Church missions by planning and coordinating activities; Develop mission materials, provide scenario support, and facilitate pre- and post-mission operations; Ensures seamless integration between training assets, operational units, and support agencies; Design and lead training seminars or curricula for missionaries, incorporating cross-cultural theology and ministry best practices; Conduct theological research and analysis to develop mission strategies aligned with doctrinal principles and ethical frameworks; Oversee global mission trips, including cultural sensitivity analysis and theological alignment evaluations; Evaluate mission program outcomes based on theological ethics; Interpret religious texts and convictions for public communications, such as newsletters or seminars, to promote interfaith understanding and mission goals, and etc.
