Minor League Baseball Coach, Venice FL: Provide high-quality coaching and player development support within minor league system. Foster a positive, professional environment and deliver constructive instruction to advance player performance. Collaborate with leadership, coordinators, and coaching staff to align game strategy, development plans, and instructional standards. Conduct player evaluations, identify growth areas, and provide structured coaching. Support integration of Latin American players into U.S. environments to promote cultural understanding and smooth adaptation. Coach multiple positions as needed, including base, catcher roles. Assist with planning and executing seasonal schedules. Work with instructional leagues in Fall and for pre-Spring Training (September to March) in Venice, Florida. Assignments may be with any Braves minor league affiliate based in Augusta, SC; Rome, Columbus, or Lawrenceville GA for baseball season (April to September). Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays and travel continuously with the team(s) as per game schedule during baseball season throughout the Southeast, Northeast and Midwest United States.

Requires 4 years experience in job offered or as prior professional baseball player, or professional or minor league baseball coach. Requires advanced knowledge of baseball rules and the ability to perform physical demands of on-field coaching, i.e. catching, hitting, throwing, fielding. Must be fluent in Spanish. Work with instructional leagues in Fall and for pre-Spring Training (September to March) in Venice, Florida. Assignments may be with any Braves minor league affiliate based in Augusta, SC; Rome, Columbus, or Lawrenceville GA for baseball season (April to September). Must be able to worknights, weekends and holidays and travel continuously with the team(s) as per game schedule during baseball season throughout the Southeast, Northeast and Midwest United States.
