Field Business Development Executive at Chrysolite Church of Christ Ministries Corporation is responsible for outside field generating revenue by cold calling on new prospective account development and gatherer of clients’ business cards onsite at their offices, scheduling onsite appointments, selling online presence to businesses, managing client relationships, and educating business owners about Chrysolite CCMC’s Ministry Professional Business Services. This role involves fieldwork to meet clients onsite at their companies, create a sales pipeline, and handle corporate sales, with key responsibilities including client relationship management, presenting offerings, up-selling, cross-selling, and updating business data.
Key responsibilities
• Sales and revenue generation: Generate revenue by selling Chrysolite CCMC’s online presence and business services.
A. Required to Prospects field cold calling of minimum of (60) various businesses per day Monday through Friday 10:00AM – 4:00PM within geographical territories/region/industries and aboard. Along with collection of all (60) business cards, letterhead, client marketing material with appropriate contact information of who you spoke at each onsite office location and decision maker/owners contact information. Please stamp the Day, Date & Time you visited the prospectives account. (Note: While you at the accounts, our Recommendation is to Pre-set - Tentative Appointments on the spot for an effective field day for the best – Results!)
B. Requirement: All Client Business Cards are to (Scan-to-Email) into us daily for review and processing verification.
C. Required to work Home/Office at Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 9:30AM to schedule qualified set of (4) appointments/leads generation per day (20-Appointments per Week Quota) to meet with clients to sell them our services.
D. Required (BLOCK-TIME) of Weekly work Schedule at Home/Office - Prospect Phone Calling on Leads to Appointment on Monday 8:30AM – 12:00PM & Friday 3:00 PM – 4:30PM for cleanup of potential deals to close sales.
E. Frequently follow up with clients via phone, text and email.
F. Market to new development clients based via phone, email, text and in-person onsite.
G. Gather and review any missing information needed to complete the initial intake form.
• Client engagement: Meet clients face-to-face, present Chrysolite CCMC’s proposal offerings, and educate business owners about its benefits.
• Workbook Pipeline management spreadsheet: Create and maintain a robust client pipeline through identifying new business opportunities.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Data management: Collect and update accurate commercial and business data for clients.
• Upselling and cross-selling: Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
• Communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential.
• Technical skills: Ability to use a smartphone and navigate the Chrysolite CCMC’s app is required.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Language skills: Fluent English, Spanish or Hindi is often required.
• Other requirements: Depending on the specific role, this may include a laptop computer-MS Office with Wi-Fi, an iPhone/Android phone, and an age criteria.
