What You’ll Do

Assemble and paint Warhammer-style miniatures to client specifications
Work across a range of painting tiers: from clean tabletop standards to high-end display pieces
Maintain consistency in quality, colour schemes, and finishing
Collaborate with our team to meet deadlines and satisfy client requirements
Pack and prepare models for safe shipping if required
Our Painting Tiers
We offer clients a structured tiered painting service:

Warrior Tier – Fast tabletop standard, minimal detailing
Bronze Tier – Basic highlights, shading, and base work
Silver Tier – Mid-range detail, edge highlights, and clean finishes
Gold Tier – Advanced work with layering, weathering, and freehand
Platinum Tier – Showcase pieces with maximum detail and artistic expression
Each tier comes with a different pricing and time structure, allowing you to choose the level of work that suits your schedule and style. The higher the tier, the higher the pay.

What We Provide

We supply all materials: models, paints, basing supplies, and equipment
We find and manage clients — you focus on the painting
Payment is structured per project and based on the tier of each job
Opportunities to work from home or in-studio, depending on your location

What We’re Looking For

A strong painting portfolio — Warhammer miniatures preferred, but not required
Experience with assembling, priming, and finishing models
A reliable work ethic and strong communication
Ability to meet project deadlines
An eye for detail, colour theory, and presentation
Fine art or digital painting backgrounds are welcome, but miniature painting experience will give you an edge. A test model may be requested during the application process.
