Position Info:
• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.50-$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Lead espresso bar operations to manage shift workflow and customer service
• Coordinate staff schedules to optimize floor coverage and costs
• Train baristas on extraction, milk texturing, grinder calibration, and safety protocols
• Ensure recipe parameters for espresso blends, food, and beverage presentation
• Monitor inventory of beans, milks, and pastries to track stock and wastage
• Maintain logs for cash drawers, sales tracking, and espresso machine maintenance
• Resolve customer complaints and communicate tasting profiles to guests

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of food service experience with supervisory duties is required
