Mid- Level Corporate Associate Attorney Job

Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar.
4-7 years of substantive experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and general commercial transactions.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and advise clients on deal structures across industries such as manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive, and healthcare.
Exceptional research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.

Advise clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and closing deal documents.
Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance matters and business transaction structuring.
Conduct due diligence reviews and prepare related reports.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
Represent clients across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, energy, food and beverage, environmental services, and waste management.
Oversee all aspects of transactional matters from initiation to completion.
