Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer Job

The Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics GP to meet client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the software's capabilities, programming, and customization skills to enhance business processes and improve system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics GP to meet specific client requirements.
Customize and extend Dynamics GP using various programming languages and tools, including Dexterity, .NET, and C#.
Create and modify Dynamics GP reports and forms to fit client needs.
Integration and Data Management:

Develop and implement data integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics GP and other business systems.
Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Technical Support and Problem Solving:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics GP clients.
Identify and resolve issues related to customizations and integrations.
Project and Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with project teams, including consultants and analysts, to ensure cohesive development strategies.
Participate in project planning, providing technical insights and development timelines.
Technical Documentation:

Document technical specifications, development processes, and customizations for ongoing support and maintenance.
Prepare user guides and technical manuals for developed solutions.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Proficient in Dexterity, .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a development team.
Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics GP certifications.
Experience in additional Dynamics modules or other ERP systems.
Familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools.
