Required Skills:
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Configuration, Customization, and Development
Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Business Process Flows, JavaScript, CRM Web API, OData/REST
Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems
Experience with Data Migration using SSIS, Scribe, or similar tools
Strong understanding of CRM Security Model, CRM Entities, Workflows, and Configurations
Expertise in .NET, C#, WCF, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and messaging frameworks such as NServiceBus
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and deployment best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and Dynamics 365 implementation.
Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
Develop integrations with ERP, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
Perform data migration, reporting (OOB/SSRS), deployment, and production support.
Design and implement secure, scalable CRM solutions following Microsoft best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
