• Position: Warehouse Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 825 O’Shea Road, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and standards and regulations
• Resolve work related issues and complaints and suggest solutions for process improvements
• Requisition or order supplies and materials
• Monitor and track receipts, storage, and timely delivery of goods
• Ensure smooth operation of warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained
• Establish work schedules and procedures and assign the work to warehouse staff
• Train workers in job duties, company policies, and safety procedures
Job requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
