• Position: Rug Cleaning Foreman/woman – Dry Cleaning
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $50,000~$58,000/year (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 825 O'Shea Road, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Coordinate, allocate, and review the work of dry cleaning and non-classified service workers
• Establish work schedules and protocols and organize tasks with other work units or departments
• Manage procurement of necessary supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Monitor both quality standards and productivity levels
• May carry out the same tasks as employees under supervision
• Participate in the recruitment and training of staff regarding their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Job requirements:
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Language: English
