MES Engineer (Rockwell PMX)

Required Skills:
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Rockwell PharmaSuite/PMX
Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing processes
Knowledge of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) development and configuration
Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Testing Practices (GTP)
Experience creating process flows using Microsoft Visio
Hands-on experience with HP ALM for testing and validation
Ability to create reusable Building Blocks, functional specifications, and validation documents
Strong understanding of GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and regulatory compliance
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) using Rockwell PMX.
Translate business and manufacturing requirements into compliant MES solutions.
Create Production Procedures, reusable Building Blocks, and technical documentation.
Perform functional testing and validation of MES solutions using HP ALM.
Collaborate with Global IT and site SMEs to implement validated manufacturing solutions.
Troubleshoot MES issues, support production, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, process improvement initiatives, and end-user training.
