MES Consultant / MES Program Manager

Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with strong Program Management experience.
Hands-on experience managing MES implementations, preferably Siemens Camstar or Siemens Opcenter Core.
Experience leading end-to-end MES implementation projects in manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of ANSI/ISA-95 Manufacturing Operations Model.
Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) processes and manufacturing operations.
Strong project/program management experience, including project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Manufacturing IT Program Management.
Experience in MES Solution Consulting.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Documentation.
PMP, Agile, or Manufacturing-related certifications are a plus.
