We are looking for a caring and committed Mental Health Worker to join our non-profit team. In this role, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges by offering encouragement, practical help, and a safe, welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with clients and team members to help people build stability, confidence, and independence.

Job Requirements:
What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to clients.
Help with daily activities while encouraging independence.
Observe and document changes in clients’ well-being.
Support medication routines as directed by authorized staff.
Help coordinate appointments and connect clients with community resources.
Encourage positive coping skills and healthy relationships.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in mental health, community support, or non-profit work is an asset.
Education or training in mental health or human services is helpful.
Strong communication and basic computer skills.
A compassionate, patient, and non-judgmental approach.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
