Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated insurance agents to meet with clients, evaluate their healthcare and life insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions in Medicare, Final Expense, and ACA plans. This is a field-based role with flexible hours and uncapped income potential.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients face-to-face to review and enroll in Medicare, Final Expense, or ACA plans

Educate clients on their coverage options and benefits

Build and maintain a personal book of business

Follow state and carrier compliance regulations

Provide excellent ongoing client service

Requirements:

Active Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)

Knowledge or willingness to learn Medicare, Final Expense, and ACA products

Reliable transportation for client visits

Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a desire to grow a client base independently

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related fields a plus.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.

Licensing & Certification

Must hold an active insurance license in the state(s) where you will sell (Life, Health, Medicare, or ACA as applicable).

Ability to obtain additional licenses or certifications as required.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in insurance sales.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, digital forms, and mobile sales tools.

Ability to educate clients on complex insurance products and make recommendations based on their needs.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Other Requirements

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Flexible schedule; ability to meet with clients in-person, evenings, and weekends if needed.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results and building long-term client relationships.
