Produce medical reports and patient-care information for all patients in Better Life Adult Day Health Center, Inc.; Answer inquiries concerning the progress of medical cases, within the limits of confidentiality laws; Set up and maintain medical files, including x-ray, lab, medical histories, and diagnostic process charts; Perform data entry and data retrieval services, providing data for including in medical records and for transmission to physicians; Submit reports to physicians and other healthcare providers for review and approval; Interpret and transcribe dictation for medical reports, such as patient histories, discharge summaries, and physical examinations, etc. $35,797/yr.
