Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nurses during routine examinations and minor procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness and availability of supplies.
• Assist patients with mobility needs, dressing, and positioning for assessments or procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and weight.
• Collect specimens (urine, stool, sputum) for lab testing as instructed.
• Clean and disinfect medical instruments and treatment areas according to protocols.
• Ensure examination and treatment rooms are stocked with necessary medical supplies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and placing orders for clinic supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Secondary School diploma and on-the-job training or a personal support worker, nursing aide or health care aide college or private institutional program, or a college nursing orderly program and supervised practical training are required
• 1+ years of previous experience is preferred while on-the-job training is offered.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
