We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to work at our office. We are a growing medical office with lots of opportunity.

Responsibilities

It's a plus if you have credentialing experience, medical billing and coding knowledge. Must be independent and work on their own as a self starter. Needs to be computer savvy, the person will be working under the supervision and supporting our RN in all administrative tasks, so you'll work together for almost everything and we would love someone who has excellent communication skills!

Performs a range of basic office support activities for a unit/department, such as answering phones when receptionist isn't available, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, patients discharge and more. Other everyday tasks include collecting information, faxing, scanning, making copies and data entry.

What we offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

1880 Howard Ave Suite 301A Vienna Virginia 22182: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience/Qualifications:

Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)

Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
