Location: Concord, NH — Office/Hybrid
Work Arrangement: 4 days/week in office initially; hybrid flexibility thereafter

Compensation: $115,000–$125,000+ base + bonus

About the Opportunity
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate to join its growing defense practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term leadership and partnership potential, with an established caseload and the opportunity to transition into significant client relationships and matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Defend medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
• Manage assigned files and overall litigation strategy
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, experts, and trial preparation
• Work directly with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
• Manage a substantial caseload in a busy defense practice
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience
• Defense-side experience required; plaintiff-side experience alone will not qualify
• Full file responsibility from inception through resolution
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client-service skills
• Trial experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$115,000–$125,000+ base salary, plus associate bonus program with strong performance bonuses of approximately $10,000+, along with excellent benefits.
