Medical Malpractice Law Firm Seeking Attorney
Parsippany-based medical and dental malpractice defense firm seeking Attorney.
Attorney Responsibilities include:
- Preparing paper discovery
- Attending depositions and court conferences
- Drafting motions, briefs, etc.
- Arguing motions
- Communicating with clients
- Conducting interviews of witnesses
- Legal research
Prior medical/dental malpractice experience is a plus, but is not required. The Attorney must be dependable, have good communication and organization skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently.
The Attorney must be licensed in New Jersey, and have a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience. This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience. Medical/dental benefits, 401(k), paid holidays and personal/vacation time, and reimbursement for CLE courses.
