Job Duties
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
• Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff

Job Requirements:
Education:
• Specialist degree in medicine required.
Experience:
• Experience of 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field is required.
