Position: Medical Administrative Assistant

Wage: $23.00 per hour
Benefits:Medical and dental plan
Job Duties:
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments with precision
• Efficiently manage communication between staff and patients
• Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
• Conduct patient interviews and maintain accurate case histories
• Complete insurance and claim forms diligently
• Maintain confidentiality of medical files and records
• Assist in meeting coordination and minute transcription
• Handle financial statements and billing tasks
• Establish and uphold office administrative procedures
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies
Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Completion of a one- or two-year college program or other specialized courses for secretaries or medical secretaries is usually required.
OR
At least 1 year of related experience is required.
