Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documents and electronic files are updated.
• Prepare, review, and process forms, medical/dental charts, and other required documentation.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Coordinate patient flow within the clinic to support practitioners’ schedules.
• Process billing, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Order and maintain office supplies, and support inventory tracking for administrative materials.
• Follow clinic protocols to ensure compliance with privacy and health regulations.
• Familiar with dental insurance claims and denta
• Provide general administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Completion of a college program in medical or dental office administration, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a medical or dental office is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using office software, electronic scheduling systems, and patient management platforms.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures is an advantage.
