Work location : On site
Salary: $36.10 hourly / 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time, Evening, Flexible hours, Morning, Day, Weekend

Job Duties:
•Schedule and confirm dental appointments, manage patient communications, and relay messages to dental staff and patients.
•Accurately enter and format electronic dental records, reports, and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
•Assist patients in completing forms, case histories, and documentation to ensure accuracy of records.
•Process insurance claims, billing forms, and other related documentation in a timely manner.
•Maintain and safeguard confidential patient records and clinic files in compliance with privacy regulations.
•Prepare draft agendas for staff meetings, take meeting notes, transcribe minutes, and distribute them as required.
•Prepare and manage billing statements, payment records, and financial summaries for clinic operations.
•Implement and maintain administrative systems such as filing, document tracking, and monthly reporting.
•Manage ordering of dental and office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
•Develop and implement office procedures and daily routines to ensure smooth clinic operations.
•Supervise and train administrative or support staff in clinic protocols, office procedures, and the use of dental software systems.
