Job Description
. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, and conduct interviews to obtain detailed case histories.
. Initiate, organize, and maintain confidential medical records and patient files.
. Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring timely follow-up and information flow.
. Enter and format electronic medical reports, prepare spreadsheets, and draft documents for physician review.
. Complete insurance forms and other claim-related documentation accurately.
. Order medical and office supplies, monitor usage, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
. Develop, implement, and refine office procedures and routines to improve workflow and efficiency.
. Train staff on administrative procedures and the use of current office and medical software systems.
. Prepare draft agendas for meetings, record minutes, transcribe discussions, and distribute final documents.
. Monitor compliance with privacy regulations and ensure the secure handling of all patient information.
