Media Coordinator Job

Thind Motion Films Pvt. Ltd., located at 700-4211 Kingsway, Burnaby, B.C. V5H 1Z6, Canada, is seeking a Full Time Position for two [2] Media Relations Coordinators [NOC 11202] .
This is a permanent, full-time position which offers various shifts with 40 hours’ work per week depending on schedule.
Location of work: Primary work location will be at 700-4211 Kingsway, Burnaby, B.C. V5H 1Z6, Canada.
The positions are available immediately.
Job Description
- Strategize marketing and promotion for motion films and other projects based on project;
- Develop marketing plans and content for online [digital] marketing and offline media campaigns;
- Develop, handle and monitor social media accounts for promotion of project and prepare reports based on audience response;
-Maintain long term relations with media channels and to negotiate competitive deals for promotional activities;
- Development and management of organizations advertising and promotion budget for projects;
- Arrange press conferences and briefings and to be the organization’s media liaison and formal spokesperson.

Employment Requirements
- Formal education: post-secondary education is required;
- Serve as the organization’s media liaison and formal spokesperson.
- Previous experience in project promotions;
- Critical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.
-Meticulous, dependable and possess team motivational skills
Compensation is $32 per hour. Overtime at $48 per hour after 40 hours a week of work.
Extended healthcare provided. Minimum vacation benefits per provincial requirement.
This is a high-pressure job and requires commitment from the candidate and flexibility to work shifts and weekend if required.
