Mechanical Piping Engineer Job

A Mechanical Piping Engineer is needed in Clarksville, Tennessee.

• Design and develop mechanical and/or piping systems for large-scale manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards, specifications, and safety codes.
• Prepare detailed layouts, isometric drawings, and specifications for piping systems, including pipe routing, material selection, and support requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis and stress calculations to evaluate system performance, pressure tolerances, thermal expansion, and vibration factors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers to coordinate piping designs with other systems and ensure efficient plant integration.
• Perform field inspections and site assessments to verify conditions and ensure proper installation of piping systems according to engineering plans.
• Coordinate construction and commissioning phases of piping projects, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site issues to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all piping works adhere to industry codes and relevant environmental and safety regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field of study.
