MR Engineering Consultants, Inc. seeks 2 Mechanical Engineers in Fremont, CA
•Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and owners to define project requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure efficient project delivery.
•Conduct site visits to assess conditions and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
•Develop mechanical layouts for diverse projects, including commercial kitchens, multi-family housing, hotels, office spaces, dental offices,
ambulatory surgical centers, and cleanrooms.
•Prepare documentation and calculations for Title 24 (Prescriptive and Performance) energy compliance using building energy modeling tools
like EnergyPro
•Perform detailed heating and cooling load calculations and specify HVAC equipment, machinery, and components suited to project needs.
•Perform detailed heating and cooling load calculations for a range of commercial and residential buildings.
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 5 yrs experience in the position offered. Working knowledge of Autocad / Revit / MS Office / Adobe / Energysoft / EnergyPro Software
