Job Description:
Plan, organize, and manage welding-gluing projects by managing project schedules and budgets to meet project requirements;
Complete equipment commissioning for resistance welding and gluing joints.
Conduct maintenance program design of welding- gluing equipment.
Design PLC programs update of welding-gluing equipment.
Perform lab tests of new materials joints;
Program industrial robot paths and complete design studies.
Perform welding-gluing inspection/quality controls by meeting production cycle time targets; maintaining mechanical-gluing joining quality standards and identifying joining inspection methods;
Provide training/technical guidance and work closely with other engineering teams.

Job Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Foreign equivalent is accepted.
Must have 24 months’ experience in the job offered as Mechanical/Joining Engineer.
This job does not require international travel. It requires roving within the United States depending on the length of a project. Each project lasts between 2 weeks to 24 months. No relocation is required.
