What We’re Looking For:
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mechanical
Engineering or a related field. We also value a combination of education and extensive
experience, with 10 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
• PE License is required
• Leadership Experience: You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience leading
engineering teams in the commercial market, with a proven track record of driving
sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning
industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility. A Professional
Engineer (PE) License and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit are strong advantages.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• A natural self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead teams toward
common goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage time effectively.

company objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to
the highest quality standards.
• Client Relations: Monitor client interactions closely to ensure satisfaction, repeat
business, and referrals. Strategize and implement methods to exceed sales goals and
deliver exceptional service.
• Strategic Planning: Regularly review and revise team roles, responsibilities, and project
strategies to optimize operations and align with company goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide daily insights and creative suggestions to improve
processes and outcomes. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies
and methodologies into our operations.
• Engineering Excellence: Apply your mechanical engineering knowledge to develop
